SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Shopping Cart: After finding the particular material you are interested in, you can put it in your shopping cart by clicking on the price. You can continue adding items to your cart.

Making Payment: After making your secure payment through CyberCash, you will be provided with a user-name and a password. This combination allows you to download only the material that you have added to your shopping cart.

Download: Your password will only allow you three trials to download the relevant material. After three attempts within a 24-hour period, it will automatically log you off. If you encounter such difficulties, email us at password@morevalue.com.

Textbook Purchase and Shipping: Textbooks are shipped through 2-day UPS, unless otherwise indicated in the Order Form.

RETURN POLICY

  • There are absolutely no returns on material that is electronically downloaded.
  • For textbooks, you can get a 100% refund only if returned within 2 weeks of purchase. We will only accept refunds for items that have not been damaged or in the case of any violation of the special instructions provided to you prior to your purchase of the item in question.
