• We Do The Hard Work. You don't have to worry about marketing, billing, sales tax, and order tracking. You will get paid your portion of the proceeds on a quarterly basis.

WHERE TO PUT COURSE MATERIAL?

Your material can either reside on our computers, or yours. You will be asked to indicate your preference when you fill out the 'Setting Up New Account' form.

1. Our Internet Server: Under this alternative you have two options that depend primarily on your proficiency in developing web pages.

(a) Email. If this is the case, you will be emailing us the relevant course material in a tabular text format, which we will assist you with. The disadvantage of this format is that you will only be allowed to make 3 changes to the material once we have agreed on how it will appear on our web site to potential buyers. On the other hand, an advantage is that you don't need your own Internet address (domain name) and you don't need to know any web design or authoring.

(b) File FTP: You will be allocated a 2-megabyte subdirectory with your own password. The additional advantage of this option is that you can modify your material at any time.

2. Your Own Internet Address (URL): Under this alternative, all course material and the HTML-based front page would reside on your Internet server. This arrangement also allows you to modify your material at any time. If you opt for this arrangement, we ask that you insert your HTML with a Header and Footer supplied by us so as to make the navigation as smooth as possible to users.

We also recommend that you place a demo or the first 20-30% of your notes as a sample that can be downloaded for free. We will provide reciprocal links.

WHAT MATERIAL TO INCLUDE?

If there are no demo files or software, we will use 20-30% of each chapter or topic material as a sample that would be free to download. If you choose not to provide a sample, you can choose the "no sample" option in the 'Setting Up New Account' form.

HOW TO SET UP YOUR OWN INTERNET ACCOUNT WITH AN ISP?

You can obtain an account with our Internet partners at www.netmktg.com, or find your own ISP from the list.

FEE SCHEDULE

* The nonrefundable Set Up fee includes:

Storage space of 2 megabytes. For more space, an additional $.5 per megabyte per month will be assessed.

If you have opted to send your material via email, you will be charged an additional $10 each time you request a change to your material in a given year.
